WHAT’S INCLUDED:  

-Exclusive Access to 5,000 sq. ft. of venue space in Historic Germantown

-15 hours inside the venue for Weekend Events

-Friday Events can include Thursday setup and load in of rentals

 -a Venue Manager for all events, included in the rental fee

 -an onsite Security Guard for most evening events, which is included in the rental fee

 -The Sloane facilitates Wedding & Event Liability Insurance

-up to 3 hours for Bridal Portraits scheduled before your wedding date

-20+ years of wedding and event experience

-Layout and design assistance with CAD floor plans

-Three ceremony locations- The Great Room, The Ballroom, and Back Patio, dependent on guest count

-The most beautiful photo opportunities in every space inside and out. You can view them in our Wedding Gallery

-Our Bridal Suite is a private room inside one of our historic homes, a delicate and feminine space for our brides, their bridal parties, and their immediate family.

-Real working fireplaces in the Great Room and Bridal Suite

-Vendor parking lot behind The Sloane with direct access to the catering kitchen

-Our Catering Kitchen is a blank space for professional catering companies to house their staff and equipment

-There are NO hidden fees at The Sloane

  *We have an Open Vendor Policy. You can bring in anyone as long as they are LICENSED & INSURED.

 *Our venue allows you to bring in your own alcohol as long as it's served by licensed and certified bar staff.
