A total of 15 hours inside the venue for Weekend Events. Event start time is 9am with an event end time at 10:30 and everyone off the premises at midnight. Additional hours can be agreed upon before your event as well.

An experienced Venue Manager who remains onsite to assist with all venue-related needs. They do not replace or act as a wedding or event planner but, are knowledgable in events especially related to The Sloane.

An onsite Security Guard for evening events, which is included in the rental fee.

The Sloane will purchase Wedding & Event Liability Insurance 

We have 20+ years of wedding and event industry experience.

We offer layout and design assistance with CAD floor plans.

Three ceremony locations- The Great Room, The Ballroom, and Back Patio, dependent on guest count

There are beautiful photo opportunities in every space of The Sloane.

Our Bridal Suite is a private room inside one of our historic homes, a delicate and feminine space for our brides, their bridal parties, and their immediate families

All lighting on dimmers. Overhead speakers in every room, including both front porches. Real working fireplaces in the Great Room and Bridal Suite. Real gas lanterns on the exterior of the overall building.

We offer a vendor parking lot behind The Sloane with direct access to the catering kitchen.

Our catering kitchen is a blank prep space for professional catering companies to house their staff and equipment. We provide a dumpster for all catering trash.
