*We have an Open Vendor Policy. You can bring in anyone as long as they are LICENSED & INSURED.

 *Our venue allows you to bring in your own alcohol as long as it's served by licensed and certified bar staff. 

What’s Included :

  • Exclusive Access to 5,000 sq. ft. of venue space in Historic Germantown. View Floor Plan

  • A total of 15 hours inside the venue for Weekend Events 

  • An experienced Venue Manager who remains onsite to assist with all venue-related needs. They do not replace or act as a wedding or event planner but, are knowledgable in events especially related to The Sloane.

  • An onsite Security Guard for evening events, which is included in the rental fee.

  • The Sloane will purchase Wedding & Event Liability Insurance 

  • We have 20+ years of wedding and event industry experience.

  • We offer layout and design assistance with CAD floor plans.

  • Three ceremony locations- The Great Room, The Ballroom, and Back Patio, dependent on guest count

  • We offer beautiful photo opportunities in every space of The Sloane

  • Our Bridal Suite is a private room inside one of our historic homes, a delicate and feminine space for our brides, their bridal parties, and their immediate families

  • All lighting on dimmers. Overhead speakers in every room, including both front porches. Real working fireplaces in the Great Room and Bridal Suite. Real gas lanterns on the exterior of the overall building.

  • We offer a vendor parking lot behind The Sloane with direct access to the catering kitchen.

  • Our catering kitchen is a blank space for professional catering companies to house their staff and equipment. We provide a dumpster for all catering trash.

*Very little is needed to create a beautiful event at The Sloane. You can experience the elegance of a wedding, the entertainment of a party, or the comfort of a seated dinner.
